Scope of Application
The newly developed cast bus duct by the company not only retains the compact and safe structure of traditional dense bus ducts, but also utilizes the scientific research results of resin casting curing, combined with corrosion-resistant and highstrength aluminum alloy shell, to solve the problems of other forms of bus ducts that cannot be moisture-proof, waterproof, fire-resistant, corrosion-resistant, etc. The protection level reaches IP68, which is particularly suitable for use in complex environments such as ships, ports, basements, trenches, high-rise building shafts, etc.
Structural Characteristics
Water resistance: Made of high-performance insulation resin, it has excellent air and water tightness, with a protection level of IP68. IP68 is a high-level protection level that can prevent dust from entering and can operate reliably for a long time e ven in continuous immersion.
Fire resistance performance: The insulation resin is a self extinguishing insulation material, with a fire resistance of level one and a fire rating of F120; It can work in flames at 950-1000 ℃ for more than 90 minutes, keeping the circuit uninterrupted, and the insulation resin does not contain halogens, so it will not release harmful gases at high t emperatures.
Corrosion resistance: The bus duct with a metal casing cannot resist acid rain corrosion, and corrosive gases and even corrosive liquids generated by chemical plants can splash onto electrical products. This requires the busbar to have anticorrosion performance. The epoxy resin castable used for casting bus ducts has excellent anti-corrosion properties and can effectively resist the erosion of various chemicals.
Mechanical performance: able to withstand a mechanical impact of 6 joules, ensuring safe use and having g ood explosion-proof performance.
24/7 product: The use of the product is not limited by altitude; Can work in an environment of minus 40 ℃ for a long time without cracking the insulation resin; Can be used for a long time in indoor and outdoor environments with high pollution levels (level 4).
